Abstract

Whole-genome sequencing was performed on NIBL1955 isolated from rice. The genome consisted of one chromosome and three plasmids, with a total size of 1,958,539 bp. It contained 1,887 predicted protein-coding genes, 15 rRNA genes, and 56 tRNA genes. Average nucleotide identities analysis showed that NIBL1955 shared over 98% identity with other strains. The annotated genes of NIBL1955 were classified into clusters of orthologous group categories, with the majority assigned to function unknown (S: 26.2%) or general function prediction only (R: 8.9%), followed by genes involved in carbohydrate transport and metabolism (G: 8.7%). Orthologous protein cluster analysis identified 1,400 clusters shared among the five strains. NIBL1955 possessed only one unique cluster and 135 singleton proteins, thereby indicating a high degree of proteomic similarity with other strains. This dataset provides genomic information on NIBL1955, which enables further molecular studies and comparative genomic analyses.
