Abstract
Three hundred and eighty-two serum samples were assayed for folate content by a standard Lactobacillus casei microbiological assay and by radioassay using the 75Se-selenofolate radioassay kit from the Radiochemical Centre, Amersham. Results showed encouraging concordance. Explanations were discovered for the few disparities. The radioassay procedure is simple and an assay batch can be completed in one working day.

采用标准的干酪乳杆菌微生物检测法以及使用来自阿默舍姆放射化学中心的75Se-硒代叶酸放射检测试剂盒的放射检测法，对382份血清样本的叶酸含量进行了检测。结果显示出令人满意的一致性。针对少数差异找到了原因。放射检测法操作简单，一个检测批次可在一个工作日内完成。
