Abstract

strain NK reductively dechlorinates tetrachloroethene to ethene at pH 5.5. The metagenome-assembled strain NK genome is 1.51 Mb in size with a G + C content of 48.6%.

摘要

菌株NK在pH 5.5的条件下将四氯乙烯还原脱氯为乙烯。通过宏基因组组装得到的菌株NK基因组大小为1.51 Mb,G + C含量为48.6%。
