Twelve undescribed peptidic compounds, bukhansantaibols A-K (-) and bukhansantaibals A-B (-), were isolated from the soil fungus through LC-MS and bioactivity-guided purification. Their structures were elucidated by the analysis of 1D and 2D NMR spectra, HRESIMS, and acid hydrolysis using modified Marfey's method. All compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against HCT-8 (colon cancer) and SK-OV-3 (ovarian cancer) cells. Among them, compounds - exhibited significant inhibitory effects, with IC values ranging from 2.1 to 19.6 μM.
通过液相色谱-质谱联用（LC-MS）和生物活性导向纯化，从土壤真菌中分离出12种未描述的肽类化合物，即布汗山肽A-K（-）和布汗山肽A-B（-）。通过一维和二维核磁共振谱（NMR）、高分辨电喷雾电离质谱（HRESIMS）分析以及使用改良的马尔费方法进行酸水解来阐明它们的结构。评估了所有化合物对HCT-8（结肠癌）和SK-OV-3（卵巢癌）细胞的细胞毒性活性。其中，化合物表现出显著的抑制作用，IC值范围为2.1至19.6μM。
