The range of lactate dehydrogenase (LDG) isozymes has been studied at the consecutive stages of retina regeneration from pigmented epithelium cells and lens regeneration from iris margin in adult crested newts. It was shown that the spectra of LDG isozymes peculiar to pigment epithelium cells and iris and characterized by the predominance of slowly migrating forms are replaced in the lens and retina regenerates by spectra characterized by the predominance of rapidly migrating isozymes which are peculiar to definitive lens and retina.
在成年有冠蝾螈中,研究了乳酸脱氢酶(LDG)同工酶在色素上皮细胞视网膜再生和虹膜边缘晶状体再生的连续阶段中的变化情况。结果表明,色素上皮细胞和虹膜特有的、以缓慢迁移形式为主的LDG同工酶谱,在晶状体和视网膜再生过程中,被以快速迁移同工酶为主的谱所取代,而快速迁移同工酶是成熟晶状体和视网膜所特有的。
