Abstract
Rabbit anti-allotype sera produce transformation of rabbit peripheral blood lymphocytes and when injected neonatally into genetically heterozygous rabbits can cause suppression of the paternally contributed allotypic immunoglobulin. In contrast sheep anti-rabbit allotype sera, although causing similar transformation do not cause allotypic suppression when injected neonatally.

兔抗同种异型血清可使兔外周血淋巴细胞发生转化，并且在新生时注射到基因杂合的兔体内时，可抑制父系遗传的同种异型免疫球蛋白。相比之下，绵羊抗兔同种异型血清虽然能引起类似的转化，但在新生时注射却不会导致同种异型抑制。
