Abstract
Adenylate cyclase activity of human fundic mucosa is log-normally distributed and equally stimulated by pentagastrin and histamine. Cimetidine inhibits the histamine, but not the pentagastrin effect, which is even intensified by H2-receptor blockade. The results indicate that pentagastrin and histamine activate adenylate cyclase via distinct receptors.

人胃底黏膜的腺苷酸环化酶活性呈对数正态分布，且受五肽胃泌素和组胺的同等刺激。西咪替丁抑制组胺的作用，但不抑制五肽胃泌素的作用，H2受体阻断甚至会增强五肽胃泌素的作用。结果表明，五肽胃泌素和组胺通过不同的受体激活腺苷酸环化酶。
