Abstract

Seventeen cultures representing eight strains of Bacillus coagulans and twelve cultures representing eight strains of Bacillus stearothermophilus did not yield a culture that would produce amylase at both 37 and 55 C.

摘要

代表8株凝结芽孢杆菌的17种培养物以及代表8株嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌的12种培养物均未产生在37℃和55℃都能产生淀粉酶的培养物。
