Abstract
Nuclei and nuclear membranes were examined for the presence of H-2 histocompatibility antigens in the mouse. These were detected on thymus as well as on liver preparations by means of Cr-cytotoxocity inhibition and complement fixation tests, absorption experiments and by the immunogenic properties of these preparations.
