Abstract
The site of lipid yolk synthesis in the marine teleost Blennius pholis L. is examined. The relative distributions of cellular organelles and inclusions in the developing oocytes are analysed by morphometric analysis, which indicates that synthesis is probably endogenous occurring in the perinuclear cytoplasm. The role of lipid yolk in this species is discussed.

对海洋硬骨鱼斑纹鳚（Blennius pholis L.）中脂质卵黄合成的部位进行了研究。通过形态计量分析来分析发育中卵母细胞内细胞器和内含物的相对分布，结果表明合成可能是在内核周细胞质中内源性发生的。文中还讨论了脂质卵黄在该物种中的作用。
