Abstract
Since 1975, 65 cases of endometriosis have been treated with danazol, and in an attempt to retain effective management with a minimum of side effects, three different dosage scheme providing 600 mg (Group 1) 400 mg (Group 2) or 200 mg daily (Group 3) have been used. At present 20 cases in Group 1, 16 in Group 2 and 12 in Group 3 are available for assessment and the results are here presented.
摘要
自1975年以来，已用达那唑治疗了65例子宫内膜异位症患者。为了以最少的副作用维持有效的治疗，采用了三种不同的每日剂量方案：600毫克（第1组）、400毫克（第2组）或200毫克（第3组）。目前，第1组有20例、第2组有16例、第3组有12例可供评估，现将结果公布如下。
