Abstract
Abdominal masses localized to the region of the kidney in the newborn require different diagnostic procedures. Taking advantage of cystourethrography, retrograde and intravenous pyelography and angiography, it should be possible to make the right diagnosis as in our two cases demonstrating renal vein thrombosis.

新生儿腹部肿块局限于肾脏区域时需要采用不同的诊断方法。利用膀胱尿道造影、逆行肾盂造影、静脉肾盂造影和血管造影，应该能够像我们诊断两例肾静脉血栓形成的病例那样做出正确诊断。
