The effects of vincristine on bone marrow hemopoietic stem cells were studied in mice. After the administration of a single dose of the drug there is a sharp decline in the content of CFUs. When the drug is given in small, weekly doses for 16 weeks, after an initial drop, the stem cell content rises at a normal level where it remains, although with wide oscillations. On the whole the effects of vincristine on b.m. CFUs are comparable with that observed after vinblastine administration.
研究了长春新碱对小鼠骨髓造血干细胞的作用。单次给药后，集落形成单位（CFUs）的含量急剧下降。当每周给予小剂量药物，持续16周时，在最初的下降之后，干细胞含量上升至正常水平并维持在该水平，尽管存在较大波动。总体而言，长春新碱对骨髓CFUs的作用与给予长春碱后观察到的作用相当。
