It has been found that seduxen at a dose of 5-10 mg/kg/day administered in different ways to hypokinetic animals does not prevent hypoxic developments in the myocardium and the femoral muscle or does not normalize hypokinesia-induced biochemical changes in the liver. These findings make the advisability of seduxen application during hypokinesia doubtful.
