Macrophages spreading is inhibited by specific allergen in experiments on guinea pigs with a model of pollinosis. Inhibition of macrophages spreading can also be induced by interaction on macrophages of intact guinea pigs with allergens in combination with suitable serum of pollinosis patients. This phenomenon can be utilized in our modification of a test for clinical diagnosis of allergy.
在豚草花粉症模型的豚鼠实验中，特异性变应原可抑制巨噬细胞铺展。用豚草花粉症患者的适当血清与变应原共同作用于正常豚鼠的巨噬细胞，也可诱导巨噬细胞铺展受抑制。这种现象可用于我们改进的变态反应临床诊断试验中。
