By the use of immunohistochemistry the occurrence of SP-, NT-, VIP-, PHI- and ENK-immunoreactive nerve fibers in the guinea pig heart is analysed. The results obtained demonstrate distinct innervation patterns of the different peptidergic fibers with regard to the cardiac target cells (coronary smooth muscle, myocardiocytes, nodal cells).
通过免疫组织化学方法,分析豚鼠心脏中P物质(SP)、神经降压素(NT)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、胰高血糖素样肽(PHI)和脑啡肽(ENK)免疫反应性神经纤维的分布情况。所得结果表明,不同肽能纤维在心脏靶细胞(冠状动脉平滑肌、心肌细胞、结细胞)方面具有明显不同的神经支配模式。
