Abstract

The paper deals with the system of enzymic breakdown of exogenic NAD+, NADH, NADP+, NADPH in the guinea pig taenia coli. The break down of NAD, NADH is more intensive than that of NADP+ and NADPH. The enzymic breakdown occurs due to the functioning of pyrophosphatase and glycohydrolase, the latter being considerably more active.
