The paper deals with the system of enzymic breakdown of exogenic NAD+, NADH, NADP+, NADPH in the guinea pig taenia coli. The break down of NAD, NADH is more intensive than that of NADP+ and NADPH. The enzymic breakdown occurs due to the functioning of pyrophosphatase and glycohydrolase, the latter being considerably more active.
本文研究了豚鼠结肠带中胞外NAD+、NADH、NADP+、NADPH的酶促分解系统。NAD、NADH的分解比NADP+和NADPH更为强烈。酶促分解是由于焦磷酸酶和糖苷水解酶的作用而发生的,后者的活性要高得多。
