Abstract
A follow up study of the immune response of mice to human encephalitogenic protein and to allogeneic lymphocytes is described. The peak of both responses is at day 7. A typical secondary response was not ascertainable. The main point of the discussion of some methodical aspects of the MEM-test is the selection of the most suitable controls.
