The cellulolytic activity of some soil fungi isolated from soil and decomposing pieces of plant material was observed to depend upon the genera of fungi, the nature of substrate and the temperature. The cellulase produced in the presence of cellulose powder was active against CMC and vice versa.
从土壤和分解的植物材料碎片中分离出的一些土壤真菌的纤维素分解活性被观察到取决于真菌的属、底物的性质和温度。在纤维素粉末存在下产生的纤维素酶对羧甲基纤维素具有活性，反之亦然。
