[Cyclic hydrazides. IV. Synthesis of 2-amino-3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-1(2H)-one].

The synthesis of a number of derivatives of the 2-amino-3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-1(2H)-one, substituted in position 3, 6 and 7 is described. No improvement of the antiinflammatory activity in comparison with the parent compound was observed.
