Several fractions of human milk alter the magnitude of the humoral immune response to SRBC in mice. Two fractions of human milk decrease the number of autologous rosettes formed by thymocytes in this test. None of the fractions tested change the ability of B cells to form EAC rosettes. We conclude that some fractions of human milk possess immunotropic properties in mice, and that they probably act on T cells.
