Abstract
A study was made of the effect of fast neutron on differentiation of myoblasts in vitro. The results obtained indicate that irradiation inhibits the differentiation of myoblasts in culture. Irradiation with fast neutrons (1.5 and 2.0 Gy) inhibits the uninucleate myoblast fusion thus preventing the formation of multinuclear tissue structures with myofibrils, myosymplasts.
摘要
对快中子在体外对成肌细胞分化的影响进行了一项研究。所获得的结果表明，辐射抑制培养中成肌细胞的分化。用快中子（1.5和2.0 Gy）照射会抑制单核成肌细胞融合，从而阻止具有肌原纤维的多核组织结构即肌合胞体的形成。
