A case of phaeomycotic cyst caused by Exophiala jeanselmei is presented. The patient was a 45-year-old woman and a carpenter's wife. The lesion that developed on her right thigh was removed surgically. Examination of the specimen disclosed a wooden splinter in the cavity of the excised cyst. It seemed likely that the causal agent had entered into the skin of the patient on the wooden splinter.
本文报告1例由甄氏外瓶霉引起的暗色丝孢霉病囊肿病例。患者为一名45岁女性，是一名木匠的妻子。其右大腿上出现的病变通过手术切除。对标本的检查发现切除囊肿腔内有一根木刺。致病因子似乎是通过木刺进入患者皮肤的。
