This study discussed the formulation of a simple evaluation system for a business which conducted an exercise-based health promotion program. The needs, objectives, and initial procedures for this type of system were outlined. Results from one program session were presented to illustrate the simplicity, as well as practicality, of establishing such an evaluation system.
