Abstract
50 patients with disorders of the cochleo-vestibular system due a wide variety of causes were treated with Betahistine (Betaserc). The reaction of Betaserc was different in vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss. As expected, the result of the treatment depends on kind and duration of the disease. Best results were found for M. Ménière. Summarizing Betaserc can be said to be most effective in treating vertigo, less effective in treating tinnitus, but inappropriate in treating hearing loss.

50例因多种原因导致耳蜗 - 前庭系统紊乱的患者接受了倍他司汀（敏使朗）治疗。敏使朗在眩晕、耳鸣和听力损失方面的反应有所不同。正如预期的那样，治疗结果取决于疾病的种类和持续时间。美尼尔氏病的治疗效果最佳。总的来说，敏使朗在治疗眩晕方面最有效，在治疗耳鸣方面效果较差，但不适用于治疗听力损失。
