[Content of basic lipid fractions in the myocardium of different regions of the heart in healthy people].

Content of lipids was studied in five parts of myocardium of healthy people by means of thin-layer chromatography on silica gel. The higher content of triglycerides and total lipids was found in dexter parts of heart as compared with sinister parts and septum interventriculare. The same distribution was not shown for free and esterified cholesterol.
