The authors carried out a comparative quantitative and biological determination of gonadotropins in 32 batches of immunoglobulin preparations made of the abortive, placental, and donor blood sera. The maximal amounts of gonadotropins were contained in preparations obtained from the abortive blood serum. It was shown that purification by Kohn's method (variant B) led only to the partial purification of immunoglobulins from the gonadotropin admixtures.
作者对32批由流产血清、胎盘血清和供血者血清制成的免疫球蛋白制剂中的促性腺激素进行了比较性定量和生物学测定。促性腺激素含量最高的制剂来自流产血清。结果表明，采用科恩方法（B变体）进行纯化只能使免疫球蛋白从促性腺激素混合物中得到部分纯化。
