665 sera from apparently healthy individuals were tested for Toxoplasma gondii antibodies. 194 of 665 sera contained antibodies against. T. gondii in 1/16 or above dilutions, 471 sera were found to be negative. 101 of 315 females and 93 of 350 males were positive. The positive female group showed 5.49 % more positives than the male group, however, this has not been found statistically significant. When the age was considered, 14 of 93 sera in the 0-10 age group were found positive. Significant positive results were obtained in 41 and above age group as 21/54. Positive cases increased in 11-20 age group.
