Abstract
The content of immunoglobulins in cells of lymph nodes from 5 patients with angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy was studied by the immune peroxidase technique. A large number ofplasma cells containing immunoglobulins was found in the affected lymph nodes. The presence of both kappa and lambda chains within these cells proved their polyclonal nature. Immunoblasts and lymphoid cells contained no cytoplasmic immunoglobulins.
摘要
采用免疫过氧化物酶技术研究了5例血管免疫母细胞性淋巴结病患者淋巴结细胞中的免疫球蛋白含量。在受累淋巴结中发现大量含有免疫球蛋白的浆细胞。这些细胞中同时存在κ链和λ链，证明了它们的多克隆性质。免疫母细胞和淋巴细胞不含细胞质免疫球蛋白。
