Experiments on guinea-pigs have shown the synergetic effect of the lyzed, low-molecular Brucella component (glucopeptide) and live brucellosis vaccine prepared from Br. abortus 82 on the antibacterial immunity index. After the injection of these preparations in succession (glucopeptide and then the vaccine) at an interval of 72 hours the number of immune animals increased 1.5-2 times in comparison with the animals receiving only one of these preparations.
