Abstract
Phenylalanine tolerance in vivo has been compared with the phenylalanine hydroxylase activity of liver biopsy specimens in 14 newly detected cases of hyperphenylalaninaemia. Hepatic phenylalanine hydroxylase activity does not predict the degree of dietary restriction that will be required.

对14例新诊断的高苯丙氨酸血症患者进行了体内苯丙氨酸耐受性与肝活检标本中苯丙氨酸羟化酶活性的比较。肝脏苯丙氨酸羟化酶活性无法预测所需的饮食限制程度。
