Abstract
Active uptake of [32P]thiamine diphosphate by E. coli was analyzed using an improved method of gel filtration chromatography. The radioactive coenzyme was accumulated without dephosphorylation. From this result it was concluded that thiamine kinase is not involved in the membrane transport of thiamine in E. coli.

利用改进的凝胶过滤色谱法分析了大肠杆菌对[32P]硫胺二磷酸的主动摄取。放射性辅酶在未脱磷酸的情况下被积累。从该结果得出结论，硫胺激酶不参与大肠杆菌中硫胺的膜转运。
