Rabbits were treated with Escherichia coli 089 endotoxin detoxified by ionizing irradiation (60 Co-gamma). The leukocytes (PMNs in 90%) obtained from rabbits that had been treated with the mother endotoxin elicited a well defined, those obtained from rabbits pretreated with detoxified endotoxin elicited a less pronounced, procoagulant activity. It is suggested that the procoagulant effect may play a part in the mechanism of the local Shwartzman phenomenon.
用经电离辐射（60钴-γ）解毒的大肠杆菌089内毒素处理兔子。从用母本内毒素处理过的兔子获得的白细胞（90%为多形核白细胞）引发了明确的促凝活性，而从用解毒内毒素预处理过的兔子获得的白细胞引发的促凝活性则不太明显。提示促凝作用可能在局部施瓦茨曼现象的机制中起作用。
