Abstract

A modified method of a "suspension drop" has been suggested for cell culture. The method makes it possible to increase the amount of the nutrient medium at the expense of capillary forces. A comparative study has been made of the reaggregation of dissociated cells from chicken and mouse embryonal lungs as well as of the explants. Advantages of teh modification offered have been demonstrated.
