Abstract
A young female patient had juvenile laryngotracheobronchial papillomatosis. Metastasizing squamous cell carcinoma developed in this patient without any prior irradiation. The case is extremely unusual and exhibits multifocal in situ and microinvasive changes in the bronchial papillomas.
