Abstract

Rabbit antisera to the synaptic membrane fraction (SMF) of the cerebral hemispheres of control rats and animals with conditioned avoidance behaviour, reacting with the corresponding antigens in the complement fixation test, were obtained. Antibodies reacting specifically with the SMF of the brain of trained animals were revealed in the "trained" serum after the removal of antibodies to heterologous antigens and to the control SMF antigens.
