The children with chronic alimentary tract diseases often show abnormalities in membrane digestion that manifest clinically by the development of the enteral syndrome of varying severity. Lactic sugar (lactose) cleavage distress is the most frequently encountered abnormality. Of 123 children with chronic gastrointestinal diseases examined on an inpatient basis, 65 (53%) showed lactose hydrolysis disorder. A milk-free diet was made use of in a complex of therapeutic measures received by the children. Thirty-five children were kept in such a diet. As a result, all the patients showed improvement, absence of dyspepsia, and good weight gain.
患有慢性消化道疾病的儿童常常出现膜消化异常，临床上表现为不同严重程度的肠内综合征。乳糖分解障碍是最常见的异常情况。在123名住院接受检查的患有慢性胃肠疾病的儿童中，65名（53%）出现乳糖水解障碍。在儿童接受的综合治疗措施中采用了无奶饮食。35名儿童采用了这种饮食。结果，所有患者的情况都有改善，消化不良症状消失，体重增加良好。
