The body I have means health and efficiency. The body I am means the realisation of our innermost being. The body I am appears in the whole of the gestures wherein I express myself and present myself. The meaning of the body I am is to become more and more transparent for the inner transcendence. The task of the therapist is not only to restore health but as soon as he knows the body I am, the realisation of the inner image of the true self.
