For analysing estrogen in the urine of pregnant women an immunological method based on the principle of hemagglutination inhibition is applied. A total of 45 normal pregnant women were examined to check normal values, along with 30 pregnant women with EPH gestosis. Urine estrogen determinations were made concurrently by an immunological (Estrotec) and a chemical (Ittrich) method. Comparative studies gave satisfactory results, with the linear correlation coefficient r = 0.68 (p 0.05). In normal pregnant women the progressive increase in estrogen values coincided with progressing gravidity. In pregnant women with severe forms of EPH gestosis, estrogen values were in the pathologic range and in accord with the severity of the disorder and the issue of pregnancy.
为分析孕妇尿液中的雌激素，采用了基于血凝抑制原理的免疫方法。共检测了45名正常孕妇以确定正常值，同时检测了30名患有妊娠高血压综合征（EPH）的孕妇。通过免疫法（Estrotec）和化学法（Ittrich）同时进行尿液雌激素测定。对比研究结果令人满意，线性相关系数r = 0.68（p < 0.05）。正常孕妇中，雌激素值的逐渐升高与妊娠进展相符。在患有严重形式妊娠高血压综合征的孕妇中，雌激素值处于病理范围，且与疾病严重程度和妊娠结局相符。
