Mucoepidermoid and acini cel carcinoma of the salivary glands are relatively rare and have a tendency to recur locally and sometimes metastasize to lymph nodes and at a distance. Such an evolution is difficult to predict even if one uses anatomo-pathological criteria, which explains the uncertain prognostic of these neoplasms and the difficulty encountered in establishing their therapy. Seven cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma and five cases of acinic cell carcinoma are reported with statistical, clinical, and anatomo-pathological data. The evolution of these tumors are studied according to the therapy used, which leads us to establish a therapeutic protocol.
涎腺黏液表皮样癌和腺泡细胞癌相对少见，有局部复发倾向，有时会转移至淋巴结及远处。即便使用解剖病理学标准，这种病情进展也难以预测，这就解释了这些肿瘤预后的不确定性以及在制定其治疗方案时所遇到的困难。本文报告了7例黏液表皮样癌和5例腺泡细胞癌，并给出了统计学、临床及解剖病理学数据。根据所采用的治疗方法对这些肿瘤的病情进展进行研究，从而使我们制定出了一个治疗方案。
