Two clear-cell chondrosarcomas localized in the proximal part of femur of a 46 years old man and a 36 year old woman had a lobular pattern and consisted of clear oval and polygonal cells with abundant glycogen. Many giant multinuclear osteoclast-like cells belonged to the tumour in which they were irregularly distributed. The ground substance was a little basophilic and chondroid in appearance. Electron microscopy confirmed the tumour chondroid character with atypical cells.
两名分别为46岁男性和36岁女性的透明细胞软骨肉瘤位于股骨近端，呈小叶状，由富含糖原的透明椭圆形和多边形细胞组成。许多巨大的多核破骨细胞样细胞属于肿瘤，它们在肿瘤中分布不规则。基质略显嗜碱性，外观呈软骨样。电子显微镜证实了肿瘤的软骨样特征及细胞的非典型性。
