Two patients with ulcerative colitis and one patient with Crohn's disease developed unilateral corneal lesions. There were small white peripheral subepithelial infiltrates associated with mild irritative symptoms. No signs of staphylococcal infection were present, and the intestinal disease was inactive. The corneal lesions cleared rapidly with topical corticosteroids or systemic indomethacin.
两名溃疡性结肠炎患者和一名克罗恩病患者出现了单侧角膜病变。有小的白色周边上皮下浸润，并伴有轻度刺激症状。未出现葡萄球菌感染迹象，且肠道疾病处于非活动期。角膜病变经局部使用皮质类固醇或全身使用消炎痛后迅速消退。
