Clear cell adenocarcinoma of the urethra is a very rare entity. The presented case in a 35-year-old woman is the fourth in the literature. The tumour was localized in the wall of the urethra and infiltrated into the outer muscular layer of the urinary bladder. Metastatic spread was found in the paraaortic lymph nodes up to the level of the renal arteries. The final outcome was fatal in spite of the combined treatment with extensive surgery, cytostatic drugs and radiotherapy.
尿道透明细胞腺癌是一种非常罕见的疾病。本文报道的一名35岁女性病例是文献中的第四例。肿瘤位于尿道壁，并浸润至膀胱外肌层。在肾动脉水平以下的腹主动脉旁淋巴结发现了转移扩散。尽管进行了广泛手术、细胞毒性药物和放疗的联合治疗，最终结果仍是致命的。
