Abstract

The activity of succinate dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase in blood lymphocytes was studied in healthy children of the first half year of life kept on formula feeding with the adapted milk mixtures "Malyutka" and "Malysh". The content of protein in the children's diet varied over the range of 2-2.5; 3-3.5 and 4-4.5 g/kg. The activity of succinate dehydrogenase has been shown to be related to the protein content in the diet. The results obtained point to the possibility of assessing this activity as an additional method for determination of the optimum protein content in formula feeding.

对采用“Malyutka”和“Malysh”等适合婴儿的配方奶粉进行人工喂养的半岁以内健康儿童,研究了其血液淋巴细胞中琥珀酸脱氢酶和酸性磷酸酶的活性。儿童饮食中的蛋白质含量在2 - 2.5克/千克、3 - 3.5克/千克和4 - 4.5克/千克范围内变化。已表明琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性与饮食中的蛋白质含量有关。所得结果表明,有可能将该活性评估作为确定配方奶粉最佳蛋白质含量的一种辅助方法。
