Surveyed psychologists (N = 137) in private practice as health service providers with regard to their attitudes and practices related to both the medical evaluation of their clients and also their monitoring of client medication. Results are discussed with an attempt to relate the findings to the clinical training and professional responsibility of health service psychologists.
