No increase in the number of chromosome aberrations in the bone marrow cells of the Wistar rats was observed on the 1st, 2nd, 7th and 15th days after epidermal and intradermal immunization by tularemic live vaccine. Subcutaneous injection of great quantities of tularemic microbic cells which were not used in practice increased the number of cells with chromosome aberrations only on the second day.
用土拉菌活疫苗进行表皮和皮内免疫后第1、2、7和15天,未观察到Wistar大鼠骨髓细胞中染色体畸变数量增加。皮下注射大量实际未使用的土拉菌微生物细胞仅在第二天增加了染色体畸变细胞的数量。
