WEIBULL is a FORTRAN program which calculates the regression coefficients, their standard errors and the maximised log-likelihood of the data for a Weibull regression model. It incorporates routines from the NAG library in order to perform the maximisation. A kappa 2 statistic is computed to check the adequacy of the fit.
