Leucotrofina administration to chickens of two different ages (2,5 IU/chicken to 3 days old chickens, and 5 IU/individual to 21 days old chickens), associated with an antigen (1 / 1000 Bovine Serum Albumin) (0,25 ml, respectively 0.5 ml/animal in young and in older chickens) affected several blood serum parameters as: the antibodies concentration, the gamma-globulins, the total proteins, and the nitrogen of the free amino-acids content in a manner corresponding to the experimental model and to age the of the animals.
给两种不同年龄的鸡注射促白细胞生成素（给3日龄的鸡每只注射2.5国际单位，给21日龄的鸡每只注射5国际单位），并与一种抗原（1/1000牛血清白蛋白）联合使用（分别给幼鸡和成年鸡每只注射0.25毫升和0.5毫升），这会影响多个血清参数，如抗体浓度、γ-球蛋白、总蛋白以及游离氨基酸氮含量，其影响方式与实验模型和动物年龄相对应。
