Abstract

The experimental result of acute toxicity of liver targeted drug delivery system-mitoxantrone-polybutylcyanoacrylate-nanospheres (DHAQ-PBCA-NS) in mice is reported. The results showed that the acute toxicity of DHAQ-PBCA-NS i.v. in mice was lower than that of DHAQ (LD50 = 16.9 +/- 3.9 mg/kg). The cells of the heart, liver, spleen, kidney and lung had no pathological change. It has been shown that mitoxantrone-nanospheres have some value of application.

摘要

报道了肝靶向给药系统——米托蒽醌-聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米球(DHAQ-PBCA-NS)对小鼠的急性毒性实验结果。结果表明,DHAQ-PBCA-NS经静脉注射对小鼠的急性毒性低于米托蒽醌(LD50 = 16.9 +/- 3.9 mg/kg)。心、肝、脾、肾和肺的细胞无病理变化。已表明米托蒽醌纳米球具有一定的应用价值。
