Abstract

An extract of mussels contaminated with Gonyaulax monilata was administered intragastrically to rats (1.5 or 2.0 ml extract/150 g body wt) 3 or 7 h before experiments. Intestinal disaccharidases were determined. Sucrase activity was changed in both mucosa and brush border after treatment. Maltase and lactase activities were affected only by the higher dosage.

在实验前3或7小时,将受纤细裸甲藻污染的贻贝提取物经胃内给予大鼠(1.5或2.0毫升提取物/150克体重)。测定肠道双糖酶。处理后,蔗糖酶活性在黏膜和刷状缘均发生变化。麦芽糖酶和乳糖酶活性仅受较高剂量的影响。
